Nothing but good weather and a great time as the Roos met the Swans for the last game of the year before USAFL Nationals. Shout out for Biggsy coming out to field umpire and Daniel Estes for field umping. Best new player went to Jason Waller. and a honorable metions to Robby G. and Lucky G. for going out there and giving it their all in their first games as well. We look forward cheering on Sydney Swans at our Grand Final party on 9/23 and a successful Nationals in October.- Roland Garcia-Curran

Thank you everyone for coming down to support the Swans in the rain! Great game to kick off the season. Congrats to all our new players you guys killed it!! We have sevearl awards we handed out: Best on ground went to Ben Jerez; Best new player went to Jordan Allodi; Honorable mentions for Timm Herrmann for killing it in the back line; and John Reedy for scoring his career first goal!

Back on the road, the Swannies headed to arguably the most exciting state on the map: Iowa. A shortened tournament in every sense, with rugby-sized fields and only 10 per side, the men were looking to defend their title from 2018, and the women were excited to again be pulling on the Swannies jumper.
